St. Joe Jack is an exciting culture of positive energy from Southwest Michigan, where the beaches are plentiful and the beer is cold! This one-man-band tastefully blends together soulful grooves of Stevie Wonder, improvisational adventures of Grateful Dead, and the bluegrass roots of Billy Strings into his unique genre of Acoustic Dance Music and Jazz-Grass! For the solo shows, Jack makes use of a looper pedal, allowing him to create layers of bass-lines, beat-boxing, world percussion, and warped guitar sounds to create dynamic waves of music that can transport a room through time and space! For 10+ years, Jack has performed across the state of Michigan, certain venues include Founders Brewing in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo State Theatre (on the roof!), and The Livery in Benton Harbor. In 2019, St. Joe Jack embarked on the ambitious tour to play 100 BREWERIES in 100 DAYS across the Midwest! Inspired by the jingle "99 bottles of beer on the wall" this great feat to perform 100 consecutive days at 100 different venues was named the "Take Down Tour" a journey to explore and highlight the vast craft beer scene of this generation. Since then, Jack now performs at venues through out Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Colorado, and Canada!
